Job description.

For Coreline we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Healthcare AI IT Service Field Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to healthcare facilities implementing their AI solutions. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration, operation, and maintenance of their AI technology within clinical environments, ultimately enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. 

  • On-Site Support: Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to healthcare facilities deploying our AI solutions. Collaborate with IT teams and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth integration and operation of our technology within existing systems and workflows.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test AI software applications and hardware components at client sites. Ensure proper setup and alignment with client requirements, including compatibility with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical devices.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare staff on the use and maintenance of our AI technology. Provide guidance on best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting techniques to optimize utilization and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system errors encountered by healthcare providers or IT personnel. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalate complex issues as needed, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patchesand system upgrades. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
     

Candidate profile.

  • This role requires basic experience in the Services & Field Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferably Biomedical or Electronics & communication)
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHR platforms, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), and medical imaging devices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and IT personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to service delivery. 
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for on-site support and installations. 
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant IT or healthcare-related fields.
  • Experience with AI-powered healthcare applications, medical imaging analysis, or clinical decision support systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices for securing healthcare IT systems and data.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools for proactive system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
