Job Description

The North America Sales Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving sales revenue within the North America region for our client. This position plays a crucial part in executing a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving growth and revenue objectives. The incumbent will lead a sales force (40FTE), develop strategic plans for both short and long-term goals, and ensure the optimal performance and market presence of Guerbet’s product portfolios.

Candidate profile

•    The ideal candidate has at least 10-15 years of successful sales team leadership experience in CT, Radiology, Interventional Radiology, or Medical Devices.
•    2-5 years of experience in sales training and/or marketing is desirable.
•    At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Medical Science and a MBA  is preferred.
•    Strong understanding of sales processes (preferable in Medical devices) and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
•    Proven decision-making ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication under pressure.
