Coreline Soft AI Solution (‘Coreline’) Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling their products, responsible for developing strategy plans, developing and maintaining relationships with their customers, etc.
This position is responsible for attaining sales objectives for their geography, managing the direct and indirect sale of the organization’s products or services. You will own the Go – To- Market Strategy, lead the sales activities to drive the Operating Plan and optimizing Sales/Support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, imaging centers and AI platforms to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.
- Achieves annual sales and revenue operating plan targets.
- Leverage product knowledge to drive funnel growth for the region.
- Develop sales proposals to align with customer’s install base and annual budget process.
- Collaborate with the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies.
- Track customer and account activity, to drive market share and prioritize sales funnel.
- Develop and grow current Coreline Soft Diagnostic Market Share
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of own and other sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customers groups and use analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Ensuring Coreline received the needed customer information and documenting it according to internal guidelines.
- Structuring market feedback and providing the information to the General Manager in Europe corporate.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, key opinion leaders and VIP customers.
- Demonstrating and discussing the products and clinical benefits with customers.
- Have a deep understanding of customer ecosystem in digital solutions to generate business growth in support of business segment targets on orders, revenue, cost and margin.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external audiences, using both oral and written communication skills.
- Should be able to drive outcome-based selling by mapping specific care area workflows (patient journey) and bring innovation in proposing solutions and products. Establish clinical and technology company business model innovation and commercial terms especially in new or adjacent markets.
- Make sound investment decisions based on market opportunities, market trend, risks, competitive landscape and strategic partnerships.
- Establish and manage relationship across Coreline Soft and sub-businesses, partners and customers.
- Work cross functionally across sales, internal/external customers, analysts, marketing, engineering and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy. Influence internally and have the skills to navigate and be successful in a matrixed organization.
- Regional travel required as necessary.
