Coreline is seeking for a skilled and dedicated Healthcare AI application specialist to join their team in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training support for the product portfolio to end-users. Application specialist supports customer experience and sales teams from pre-sale through post implementation by providing effective outcome-based education and training solutions. 

  • Technical and Clinical leadership in Pre-Sales:  Provide technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales process by demonstrating full range of Coreline Soft’s products, including potential uses, product capabilities, and  benefits to customers to drive revenue within region. 
  • Trade Show and Conference Support: Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
  • Market and Product Knowledge for Sales Strategies: Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
  • Product Training and Customer Satisfaction: Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers   on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain required well-written pre and post training documentation in conjunction with global guidance.
     
Profil du candidat

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of technical/clinical industry experience. 
  • Ability to learn specialized industry specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.  
  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking and IT.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows up to 80%/as required.
  • To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant clinical/technical or healthcare-related fields.
  • Experience with AI-powered healthcare applications, medical imaging analysis, or clinical decision support systems.
  • Proficient use of software applications, such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps). 
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools for proactive system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks for effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
